My name is Madeleine Lopez and I'm the editor, and principal writer of this site. I come from two different culture backgrounds. One Being raised by Puerto Rican Parents, the other having an Italian Heritage. I always dabbled at the idea of an Italian and Puerto Rican Restaurant. So far I'm coming up with a Recipe Book and Secrets to tastier food. My husband is full Puerto Rican, he was born in Ponce Puerto Rico, and has allot of pride in his culture and his food. I have decided to join together both sides of the exotic taste and make exquisite meals out of them, lusting our taste buds and minds to new possibilities!
From trial and error We have overcome all possibilities, and with hard work and dedication we hold strong. With the love and devotion, my family has supported me every step of the way. No matter the outcome or life style I wish to choose from. I thank them for this and love them.
Having three boys and being a college student and full time mom, people wander how I do it. Well with love and discipline I was able to stride over it. Having a military background I was able to achieve in most my goals. My husband who is also a veteran, showed me how to be motivated and to keep moving forward. As well my love and taste to exotic foods. He has inspired me to become a better cook and better mother to my kids.
